Problem
Companies using SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central without the Recruiting or Onboarding modules often face limitations:
No recruitment request directly in the system: team leaders must use third-party solutions or fill in external forms, which slows down communication with HR.
Delayed candidate registration: candidate data and documents can only be uploaded to the system on the day of their official start.
Onboarding from scratch: several months may pass between signing the employment contract and the actual start date, during which HR cannot systematically process candidate information directly in SAP.
Solution
NORO extends SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central with a recruitment process and pre-onboarding candidate records:
The manager creates a request for a new team member: adds basic details such as salary level or reasons for hiring a new employee. HR receives the request in real time.
Candidate registration before the start date: a temporary profile is created in the system, allowing personal data, documents, and requirements (medical examinations, training) to be added.
Automatic synchronization: if you use external recruitment systems (Profesia, Teamio, etc.), candidate data can be transferred automatically, eliminating manual re-entry.
Conversion to a full employee profile: on the start date, the candidate’s temporary profile is converted into an official employee profile in Employee Central.
