What happens to a company when change stops being a one-off project and becomes a permanent state?
This question opened the first session of the inaugural GLOBESY HR Leadership Session. Dana Miňová from the Institute of Change explored change fatigue and the evolving role of HR, presenting findings from a unique survey on organizational change in Slovakia.
After lunch, Karol Hatala and Tomáš Siget from GLOBESY explored processes that fall outside standard SAP functionality, as legislative specifics, local practices, and unique business needs have not disappeared in the clean-core era.
The highlight was a panel discussion with HR leaders from three companies that have undergone major transformations: Notino, T-Mobile CZ, and GasNet. They discussed what prompted their projects, which decisions proved critical, and how they view those choices today, months or even years after go-live.
