The process of handling employment documents, including tax documents, has been set in stone for many companies for many years. Print – sign – archive.

The idea of a project to digitise them seemed too distant. Too complex, too risky. It felt too bound by legislation.

However, this has not deterred some companies from innovating. One of them is the innogy group in the Czech Republic. In cooperation with it, we have developed and implemented an SAP solution, thanks to which it can process the circulation of selected employment documents not only without paper, but also significantly faster and more securely.
