From the very beginning there was an incredibly positive energy. I enjoy the daily challenges and the various in-house training sessions where seniors share their years of knowledge and experience with us. When a tougher nut to crack comes up, the people in the team join forces all the more tightly and, thanks to their cooperation and experience, find the optimal solution. From a junior perspective, I see this very positively, I feel constant support and I am not afraid to ask questions about what I need to clarify. Independence and tenacity are valued here and the ability to come to a solution through your own efforts, but you never feel you are without potential help.
