(hereinafter referred to as &#8220;GLOBESY, s.r.o.&#8221; or the &#8220;controller&#8221;) in accordance with the requirements of:<\/p><p>GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) \u2013 Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter referred to as the &#8220;Regulation&#8221; or &#8220;GDPR&#8221;), which repeals Directive 95\/46\/EC (General Data Protection Regulation). for <strong>existing and potential customers\/business partners<\/strong> &#8211; based on <strong>the legitimate interest<\/strong> of the Data controller <em>(Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR), consent<\/strong> to the processing of personal data.<\/p>\n<p>The data subject shall have the right to withdraw his or her consent at any time without providing a reason <a href=\"https:\/\/www.globesy.sk\/en\/contact\/\">here<\/a>, or by sending a written request for withdrawal of consent to the address of the company GLOBESY, s.r.o., or to the email address<a Protection of the Slovak Republic, and the right to file a motion to initiate the personal data protection proceeding.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In case a data subject objects to the
